I love Cousin's. But this is hands down the best location ever. Their food is fresher, their bread is softer, the ingredients are of the highest quality. Locally franchised by a truly compassionate, caring member of our community. Besides this food being delicious and the staff being outstanding, the owner does wonderful things for our community in gives back to so many charities, and does positive things for healthcare workers etc. I just don't know this place is so much better than all the rest. And I know it begins with the food and the next step is a staff, and his staff is amazing. The manager Pam is nothing short of amazing. She will assure that your order is correct, hot, fresh. You will be asked if you need utensils if you need napkins, if you want your receipt. They will talk to you about reward points. And they will leave you with a smile on your face. Currently now they are featuring a Muenster Mash sandwich that is absolutely delicious. You can get steak or chicken, I chose steak, Muenster cheese, bacon and optional pepper Mash jam. If you're not drooling by now you should be. It doesn't get much better than this.

Cousins sandwiches are great, but when thy offer free delivery, you can’t ask for choice of delivery service. We ordered sandwiches on Saturday afternoon about 415 pm for 515 delivery to 2625 Moraine Ct and got notice that they had been delivered about 500, with picture of front door that is definitely not ours and there was nothing at our door. We called Cousins, who said we had to contact Door Dash, and got a runaround from Door Dash who refused to refund and sent us back to Cousins restaurant. A nice employee made exception with a duplicate order and had another employee bring it out. In the meantime, I called the number shown for Dasher Elizabeth, who got very snotty when I said she must have delivered to wrong address, and said her GPS wouldn’t “let her” deliver to wrong address and denied that she dropped it somewhere else. When the Cousins driver delivered the new meal after 600, he confirmed that it was not our door in the picture, and said his GPS brought him directly to our address with no problem.
On the following afternoon (Sunday) a neighbor posted to our Facebook page that
She had found bag with sandwiches at her door (625 Sandur Pl). — wrong street, wrong number!! Appears dasher drove into the subdivision and dropped it at random house and claimed it was correct. If directions had been followed, she would have driven about 1.5 blocks from where she dropped the bag, found Moraine Ct and turned into the short one way street with cul u sac at the end with 2625 clearly marked on the front of garage. Anyone with decent GPS would have found it and anyone with a brain would have known the difference between 2625 Moraine Ct and 625 Sandur Place. And, if delivery address had been on the package, she “might have” or “should have” noticed the mistake when she walked up to the house. Similar scenario happened 3 other times when Door Dash was delivery service while we have had many, many successful food packages, and other service people that have no trouble finding this address in small community subdivision with only 3 different streets to choose from, and this person couldn’t even find the one street named in address.
