Customer service has gotten ridiculous. I've had better interactions in the past. The bed spread had a red stain on it. This is my last stay at a Holiday Inn, especially this one.

I stayed here for four nights and accidentally left my headphones behind. After I contacted the hotel, Vivian was incredibly helpful and took the time to look into it. Thanks to her efforts, my headphones were found quickly. The staff truly went above and beyond to help, and their customer service was exceptional. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. I would absolutely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

My room (329) was INFESTED with fleas and management did not address it with me. I stayed from 5-12-2026 to 5-17-2026. I reported that I had bites all over my lower legs and ankles on the 17th. Bites on the lower legs and ankles which are extremely itchy, and both of those factors do suggest this is a flea infestation. This hotel does allow dogs. I have yet to hear a peep from the management of this establishment. I know that I did not come to the hotel with fleas because I was staying in the hospital just prior to my stay at the hotel And I had zero bites on my body when I checked in. On top of that, the security of this building is lackadaisical at best. The doors on the sides of the building are not locked and anyone can walk in.

The room was great, large for a King Room, and clean. Area felt safe, near shopping and restaurants. Easy access right off I-41, on the western part of West Allis. The check in staff was a little gruff on our arrival at around 4 pm. We stayed two nights for a weekend trip. We would stay here again.

Everything about our stay has been perfect. The room, complementary breakfast, housekeeping, 24/7 access to quality coffee. I will probably never rent a room at the Marriott again because this place puts them to shame especially for the price.
