The photos shown online are not representative of the room. The bathroom was filthy, the mini fridge was a block of ice. The AC was running, but the room was 90 degrees.

As others have mentioned very beat down hotel. The guests definitely have no self awareness. There were kids running up and down the halls every night. This family appears to live at the hotel. If you want a nice cool room your definitely not finding it here. Avoid.

Very run down. Hall carpets are disgustingly dirty. Rooms are very dark with very limited lighting. One of our lights didn’t work at all. Floors in room are laminate which makes them seem clean. Mirrors and glass all very dirty. Sheets and beds appear clean. Beds were comfortable and I’m glad I brought my own pillows. Fridge had huge globe of ice over freezer area. A main entrance was taped open with duct tape allowing anyone to enter building. We did not shower as it appeared to have black mold. I was unable to connect to WiFi. Wyndham should either make a major investment or take this location out of their list of options.

Older family owned days inn. Location is good for dining and attractions. Zoo is about 10 minutes away. The rooms need upgrading. It is definitely outdated. The bed was comfortable. For some reason they have the cable box bolted to the back of the TV, which makes it really hard to control tv with remote. Stupid really!!! Then theres the heater/air conditioning unit from the 80s that dosent work! And the dial is so old there is no letters to see what your doing as far as heat..air...1.2..3..u get it.... After I complained about the air not working, cuz I was sweating due to room being so hot..i think the unit would only blow hot air..I was told "oh the boiler system is old and the system dosent work well"...and was given a box fan and told to open window..lol It was comical to me..🤣🤣 They definitely need to get a new air conditioning and heating system.... The hotel feels old and run down... Its a place to stay if you're on a budget and only need a place to sleep...

The unprofessionalism is off the carts at this place. Then I took my money for the room denied me a refund but at first tried to charge me "75$" for a refund ( the room price) when I came and seen it didn't want the rooms I reserved. Took over a month to get back to me and still denied a refund for some rooms that's was never checked Last place anybody should want to be.
