These soups are very good. We’ve purchased several varieties over the years. We used to purchase them at Milaegers farmers market. Unfortunately, they no longer sell there. I found the pint sized soups at Woodman’s in Oak Creek. We recently ordered a 4 pack of quarts. The product packaging could be stronger for shipping. One of the lids was off and pieces of packing styrofoam were on top of the soup. Thankfully it was frozen so the pieces could be easily removed.

I bought some artichoke Parmesan bisque at a farmer’s market last week. I just heated it up and tried it and I was very impressed, couldn’t stop eating it. It was very tasty and I love the texture.

I was recommended them by a family member and she bought be a quart. 16 bucks a quart is a pretty steep price. It was their mushroom and barley flavor. Very little mushroom flavor and very little flavor at all. It tasted very much like a quickly dashed together soup, with no richness and no melding of flavors> I realized that they failed to follow the restaurant rule. They didn't Season it (to use the restaurant term) - however much salt they put in, it was not enough. the problem was fixed by dropping a half tablespoon of salted butter in each bowl. Suddenly it was rich, creamy and seasoned. if you are vegetarian, you could probably drizzle a swirl of olive oil and some flakey salt as garnish and get a similar mouthfeel.

These soups are the best. As a former chef, I don't leave reviews unless the food is outstanding! We love all of the soups we've tried. It's so good to come home at the end of the day and know these are waiting for us. We warrm them up, add a salad and have a great meal. Also, customer service is outstanding. I messed up my orders twice and Steve, the owner, was more than gracious and took care of the problems immediately.

I’ve tried many soups and haven’t found one that I didn’t love! To date, my favorites are the lemon chicken orzo, mulligatawny, tomato dill, and black bean. They are sooo worth the price for quality ingredients, one of a kind flavors, and easy dinners that never disappoint the family!
