Extended-stay suites with kitchenettes and complimentary Wi-Fi
Booked room for a week. Arrived on scheduled date and they are trying to bill for a no call no show which is equivalent to 1 night stay. Watch your credit card statement. Im sure im not the only person they have tried to scam.
Staff is nonexistent. Witnessed a drug deal amongst staff. Had remnants a killing or murder in the room. Blood residue was still on the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. Carpet was stained from what it looked like to be blood. Front desk is closed from 10pm to. 9 am. The hotel makes you take out your trash and cleaning service is only available for a fee. People working on commercial vehicles in the parking lot.
The YIKES! is strong with this one! This is literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Floors were dirty and looked like there was dog urine in a couple spots. It's never been mopped I suspect. I went to Walmart and got some floor cleaner, a mop, some spray disinfectant, and did it myself. There were dried soap chunks in the shower and the sink, and what looked like mold growing on the sink's perimeter. The entire hotel is in this general condition. Outside trash cans and dumpsters were full the whole time I was there. The hall carpet is just downright nasty. My wife complained about how unhelpful the staff is. This hotel double charged me and won't fix it. We went through BringFido.com and paid there. Then the hotel also charged us, claiming they never got paid. Now I have to spend who knows how much time on the phone with BringFido and Extended Stay. From now on, I'm calling it Never Stay Again! I see responses from some corporate entity on this exact hotel saying how the conditions don't live up to their standards. It's all so much blah-blah-blah. Corporate, if you're really concerned about it, THEN FIX IT!!! Something tells me you're not.
had such a wonderful stay at the hotel. Ccola and Walmar went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and welcoming from the moment i arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again!”
If you’re looking for cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. Make sure you bring your own silverware, plates, soap, there is nothing in this room to use. The mattresses are covered in plastic with sheets that don’t fit. And they make you sign a sheet stating you won’t smoke in the hotel but the whole place smells strong of weed. The desk staff is rude and unhelpful. They don’t have shower chairs for disabled persons and will tell you they don’t have disabled accommodation rooms until you complain enough. The only friendly staff member was the guy cleaning rooms. Sorely disappointed.
