If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse at the front desk told me my services for my son were covered by insurance and that I only had a copay. I'm now in $500 for 30 minute office visits where my son looked at an app on an iPad and made sounds. I could have done this at home for $15 worth of an APP purchase and some library books. I've tried calling to get some sort of reimbursement but to no avail. I will not be using this service again and if you can, avoid it.

The Prohealth Pediatric rehab team is the absolute best. My son has seen all specialists here (physical, occupational, and speech therapy) and I can’t speak enough praise for the incredible care he receives each week. Special call outs to Kristine (physical therapy), Kaitlyn (occupational) and Brittany (speech) for how amazing they are with my 2 year old, but I promise no matter who sees your child, you will love them. Not only are the people the best in the area, but the new ProHealth facility is state of the art. Natural light, clean, and welcoming, on top of the very well thought of layout for kids of all abilities and needs. We wouldn’t dream of taking our son anywhere else.

So many great things to say! The front office staff is always a pleasure to see. The facility clean, the toys unique and fun and the staff amazing! We did birth to 3, a county funded program for kiddos with special needs for over a year before deciding to go private (recommended to us my another Mom) and we are so pleased we did! I have since moved to 100% private therapy through Prohealth. For us, my little one is progressing so much faster now with this style of therapy over others. The staff is professional, experienced and so compassionate. I learn right along my little one and I now can implement techniques from therapy into our home life. If your just starting your journey. STOP here! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

We transitioned to ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services in October 2020 for Speech Therapy when our therapist, Whitney, transitioned to this location from a competitor. We have been blown away by the services and care at this location that in January 2022 we transitioned our daughter’s Physical Therapy and are in the process of moving Occupational Therapy services to ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services. The therapists are amazing here and feel like an extension of our family! They are always willing to help your child develop and challenge them outside their comfort zones in attempts of reaching the next milestone. The therapists take the time to hear about what our daughter is doing at home and school, what is working or not working, and tailor their approach to her needs to succeed. The therapists take the time to talk to you about how the individual sessions went, what our daughter did or didn’t do, and what we as parents can do to support them. The support staff is very responsive and accommodating. They truly work magic in building a schedule that worked best for our family – and that was not an easy task to do. Like the therapists, the support staff has gotten to know our family and ask about them every week when we walk in the door. I highly recommend ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services to any parent that is looking to help push their children to continue to grow and reach the next milestones.
