In Theinsville on errands. We usually stop somewhere else, but after some discussion decided to give Remington's a try. The decor is wonderful, and we had high hopes. The fish fry dinners took quite awhile to arrive, a red flag. The potato pancakes were burnt beyond recognition. Our server brought a replacement quickly. However, it was not only burnt, but cold and greasy, and inedible. The fish in all of our dinners was barely above room temperature. McDonalds teenage employees can cook a hotter, fresher piece of fish. Very, very disappointed.

Big fan of this spot. The bartender named Rehan was very delightful and brought great energy to this place. Definitely will be back. See ya next time.

We went here for mother's day for early dinner. We picked this place because everyone wanted french onion soup. I have to give them a shout out. We all loved the soup and the food. We all got different versions of the chicken strips (plain, buffalo, and cajun which the cajun was technically not on the menu but they accommodated). They were all very good. The chicken was not dry or sitting in a bunch of sauce. They give you a good size portion and options for sides. Food was hot which is always a plus. We also ordered a to go dinner - ruben sandwich. I was told was also very good. They have a really good beer selection as well as other drinks. My mom ordered hot tea. They had many different tea options. Our waitress was very attentive. Staff was warm and welcoming. The inside of the restaurant was very nice and had a view of the river. I will definitely come back to this place with my family and friends.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Although it was a little expensive, the service was good, the portions where not bad (specifically for the reuben), and the inside was very beautiful. They split the restaurant into a dining and high-top section with both rooms having a cabin aesthetic. If you're feeling American food, I would check it out.

I had a fantastic experience here! I visited on Saturday, and even though it was after lunch, the server gave my husband and me excellent, attentive service. We kicked things off with Bloody Marys, which surpassed our expectations. For appetizers, we tried the mozzarella logs—delicious—and the onion soup, which was among the best I've ever had. For lunch, the Cobb salad was great, though the amount of dressing provided could have been more generous for the large portion. The burger, however, was spot-on. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back soon!
