I attended a Nia dance class at this studio and was surprised at just how much I loved it. It is an intuitive dance. Very flowing, natural and fun with basic and easy to follow steps. Everyone in the group is so welcoming and accepting. Even though it is a bit of a drive, I will most certainly be back. It was so much fun.
