Standard Walmart but was impressed by the prices. Had everything we needed on this trip. Only complaint was there were only two attended checkout lanes, and they were incredibly slow. First time in years we pivoted to the self checkout which I hate. Hoping it wasn't the new normal!

I came in today to buy printer ink. Alas, Meijer got my business instead. The ink is kept under lock & key & apparently you need to go through a series of tests to get anyone to assist you there. There is a button to push for help - it was pushed several times with no response. There was a young man in the next aisle stocking/rearranging or something. I called over the display asking, “could I get some help here.” Also no response. So I waited a moment (still hoping the button did ANYTHING). & I again called to him asking, “are you able to help me with the ink cartridges?” He ignored me and another employee walking past didn’t immediately respond, but I asked her how one gets help & indicated that possibly the hearing impaired young man four feet away could assist. She asked him if he had the key and he said no. She asked him if she opened it for me if he could ring me up (because they know I will pocket it on my way to the front ….it’s my shifty eyes that give me away). He said no & haphazardly glances about for someone else who could. At that point I decided they didn’t want my business today - or in the near future - & I left without the ink and whatever else I may have grabbed on my way to the register. Good thing too - Meijer had a cute sweater & some trousers that caught my eye & they are the richer for it.

I am always happy with how Walmart is ran. But enough ordering online. Rawl bananas, deli food that's been delivered from this morning. I'm sorry if people order food from the delli they should haven't to get something that was made from 4 hours earlier. If they can't deliver food that hasn't been sitting out mote then four hours don't have it delivered!!!

I do not appreciate your loss prevention person following me around the store and staring me down like I am some type of criminal. This is borderline stalking and makes your customers feel very uncomfortable. If he is supposed to be undercover he needs re-training on distance control and discreetness. Also, stock up on your distilled water gallons which is the reason i came in and you had none.
