I talked with somebody from the automated system. I needed to order my prescription. She said it was going to be ready in 2 days. I got in touch with Walgreens actual pharmacy. The order was never sent so they have to reorder it which is another two days. From now on I am not trusting anybody I talk to from the automated system.

I wish I had caught the name of the pharmacist who assisted my family and I this evening to administer flu shots. My son was terrified and he showed patience and kindness towards him and our family. Thank you for your professionalism when your staff was so busy.

If I could give this Pharmacy zero stars I would. There is a woman named DEB who is absolutely evil. She has, in my opinion, intentionally messed up my prescriptions and made my life a nightmare. This woman is a nightmare and she should be fired. I have called several times to speak to somebody higher off and it goes nowhere. The manager at the store itself clearly had better things to do as she’s mumbling her way through her spiel as she’s sending a fax and clearly not paying any mind to what I am saying or even what she is saying she made no sense. I was not a priority during that phone call at all and I can’t believe that people behave that way and get away with it, especially when it comes to their medication’s. I’ve tried calling corporate and get no response. I will never step foot in the 14th St. Walgreens again. The staff has always been friendly to me except for her, and it has rubbed off on the pharmacist. Unbelievable. Each time she has touched my medication has been messed up. Stay away from this place. That woman is evil

I haven’t had a quick, good experience here with their pharmacy all of 2025. Hour+ wait times and staff that can’t look up a name for the life of them. It’s not a one time issue either. It’s been literally 5 of the last 5 times I’ve been here to get meds. Your pharmacist is too busy talking to his buddies and making excuses to not do his job meanwhile there’s a line of 15 cars sitting in drive-thru and 5 people at the counter. If you claim it’s a staffing issue, get another pharmacist to help. There is no reason I can go literally anywhere else and get a 15-30 minute service but I’m sitting in a line for AN HOUR before you even talk to me. It’s starting to get frustrating and a little ridiculous.
