Never have I had a care provider be so real life with me, I absolutely love Dr. B and the team at optimal health because of this! They are straightforward and tell it like it is and will cheer and support through your Wellness journey. I’m a big believer in regular chiro care and ended up switching over to Dr. B because I was trying to figure out some of my hormones as my husband & I were TTC our third baby and and she offered the Dutch test. Not long after being in regularly, I got a ++ test and have been able to see Dr. B & Dr Liv throughout my pregnancy. it’s been so helpful to have this care, I always feel 100x better after I leave her office. I’m looking forward to continuing it postpartum & beyond as well as with my kiddos.

I used to get sick all the time before I started seeing Dr. Baley. At first I thought this was just normal mom life, but it really was just an unregulated nervous system and body out of whack. Ever since I started consistently seeing Dr. Baley for chiropractic care, I get sick 90% less and if I do get sick, it’s for a much shorter duration. That is worth gold to me!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Baleys for 2 years now! The atmosphere is so welcoming. She’s educates you when you have questions and makes sure you feel good before leaving. The office is also kid friendly which I’m so grateful for! I recently started seeing Katie for cupping and massages as well. You’ll always feel relaxed leaving her table and wish you would’ve booked more time! I love seeing both of these ladies! You’ll not only get the help and relief you need but also gain a friendship along the way which says a lot about their caring work.

Highly recommend!! I recently got a 60-minute deep tissue massage from Katie and just yesterday was in for an adjustment from Dr. Bailey, and I will be a repeat customer with both! They’re both extremely skilled and talented at what they do, but their personalities make the visits SO enjoyable! Both are very down to earth, easy to talk to, and made me feel extremely comfortable. After leaving my first appointment with each, it was like I had already known them for years! Once you give Optimal Health a try, you’ll definitely be back!!
