I made my son’s appointment the day before, we are new to the area. we arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic. I apologized and was told that he couldn’t get his hair cut because they would only have 10 minutes to cut his hair? 15-20 minutes for a full barber experience? However I understood, I was late and it was our fault. They had a full open schedule the day before so I asked if they had any other times that day. I was met with a rude staff and short answers. No, no one else available no times. I’m confused why they have signage saying walk ins welcomed if that’s actually not the case. I’ve only taken my son to barbershops with male barbers prior and never had an issue like this before. And they always allot 30-45 minutes for a cut. The entire staff is women which I found bizarre being a barbershop for men. Unfriendly and rude staff. Needless to say this was a happy mishap and have an appt elsewhere and will not be back. Not impressed with the staff or the quality of services I saw being done.

I’ve been bringing my son here since we moved to the area, but unfortunately the experience seems to keep getting worse. Today’s visit was especially disappointing. The haircut he received looks nothing like the picture he showed, which is frustrating because a previous stylist here was able to get it pretty close. On top of that, the employee who cut his hair today was not friendly, which made the whole experience even worse for my him. He left with a haircut he’s unhappy with and after a really unpleasant appointment. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously because the service today was very disappointing. Please find another job because this is not it for you.

Professional friendly staff. Great value for the cost. Every haircut comes with a shampoo, hot face towel, facial hair trim, and a shoulder massage. You can even come back between regular cuts for a free neck trim/touch up. The waiting area has a large selection of current magazines, TVs, and free peanuts, coffee, and cold water.
