Denise was lovely and hilarious! Super patient and helpful when I couldn't read the paper work very well when I first came in 🤣🤣🤣 Dr. Handheld was lovely and made sure I was comfortable and the process was as quick but efficient as possible for me. Thank you!!!
Always a great experience! When I first got my contacts, the folks here were really helpful about finding the best way to maximize what my insurance covered vs what I had to pay out of pocket, so of course I'm going to keep going for future checkups. Last visit was quick and as enjoyable as an eye appointment can be lol; Denisa, Jesse, and Dr. Courtney were all super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to seeing them again next year!
The entire staff was great!! Dr. Courtney, Jesse and Denisa ROCKED!! Jesse and Denisa helped with making sure that I didn't have to pay too much after my insurance coverage!! Highly recommend!!
We came in to replace the lenses. After being greeted we stood waiting for 15 mins while the Representative took a call , then cashed out two people who walking in after us. The real problem was when I was handed back broken frames ( with the new lenses)! They refused to take responsibility, saying even if , the one year to replace is up. SERIOUSLY, YOU HANDED ME BACK BROKEN FRAMES!!!
The young female optometrist at this location is incredible. I never felt so confident that my eye exam was done properly and thoroughly. She was extremely nice and good at her job. I always had a feeling that the doctor I was seeing previously was rushing through the process and not caring about getting it perfect. Now I know that I was right. This experience was completely different and amazing. I’m so happy my wife decided for us to try this other location. 10/10
