My husband started going here in December to get established with a new primary doctor. He had been sick the initial time, so the plan of action was to get him treated for that first and then January, this month, he’d then establish care . Our very first visit , I think we waited in the room for 30-45 minutes before the doctor even came back , no apology or explanation. And on 1/5 , he had his second first appointment with this new doctor . He sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after checking in with the desk. Only to not be called back, at 245 he went up to the desk to ask what was going on , asked if the dr was even there because he had to leave to go to our sons school. Their response is it’s best to reschedule and apologized for the inconvenience, at least they did that so it wasn’t all bad. But seriously if you like waiting for long periods of time for your doctor or even to have the dr not even come get you, then this is the place for you.

For 3 yrs now I'm boyfriend have been going through so much pain in his back, neck and has vericocel he buckles over in fetal position for hours and can't hardly walk and it's affecting his everyday life hes unable to work due to the pain but yet they want him to work but won't help him with anything to get him to be able to work again. And he's been accused of drug abuse lately so now he's no longer being treated for adhad. The said drug they are accusing him of is one he was proscribed by his said doctor at froedtert of course it's going to be in his system.

First I was not informed the NP I was seeing there left. I found out when I needed meds refilled. The person looked at my records & said a letter was NEVER sent to me. I've set my preferred communication up via my chart. I never received a message there either. Now I have to get established with someone new & none of my prescriptions for major chronic health conditions will be refilled until I see someone. The earliest appt was 2 weeks out. I was begging for refills. Nope they would not. The morning of my 9:39 appt I got a call at 8:45 saying my appt had to be canceled. The dr. Was not going to be available. Once again an appt was 2 weeks out. I LOST IT!! After lots of messaging & phone calls I was finally able to see a NP at 5 p.m. that day. This NP was RUDE!! I bit my tounge and got through the appt because I needed my meds. That was a Thursday. Friday at 4:50 p.m. I received a phone call. They said my ekg showed I had a heart attack since my last ekg!! I was shocked. I was also furious that I would be given that info at 4:50 on a Friday!! On Monday I received a call from the cardiologist office. First appointment was almost a month out!!! I have not been sleeping. I already suffer from severe anxiety and depression. Now I'm on the hunt for a new primary. It will not be with Froedtert!

I am having terrible R knee pain. I don’t have a lot of money and need my knee to function so I can work. PA at this clinic recommended an MRI, had one done, then went to Dr Limoni at the Manitowoc campus to review the MRI. Dr Limoni recommended Orthovisc injections and sent me home with a shiny pamphlet about Orthovisc. Orthovisc is done in a series of 3 injections. I researched Orthovisc and decided to do it. When I was there for my second injection, I discovered what they were injecting me with was Euflexxa, not Orthovisc. Euflexxa is similar but a different drug and cheaper. I felt like it was bait-and-switch. They gave me info about one drug- then gave me a cheaper drug, charging me a 300% markup for the cheaper drug- all to monetize their (supposedly non-profit) practice. So far no one has responded to my complaint/questions about this. Getting the right treatment for pain relief so that I can work and survive is very important to me. I don’t have a lot of money to spend and it was very important that I get a treatment that works.
