The only reason it's not one star is because the lady at the front desk had exceptional customer service skills. I have been thinking about this review for many days. I was disappointed, not just because of the high reviews that did not meet any expectations. I will start with my four year-old go to Manni Petti and I asked the lady to do every other on her toenails and she right away messed up. The guy told her she messed up and painted two toes right next to each other the same color and instead of fixing it at all, she just continued on her way and never fixed it. I was told it would cost $25 somehow it went up to $35 So that they charge me $10 for their mistake on top of making such a big mistake and such a simple task? It seems like they were just in a rush to get us in and out. With my nails, the guy barely glued them on, and I have been getting stuff stuck in between my actual nail and the fake nail all week. He also did not get it all the way up to my cuticles, so there was a huge gap and then when it came to finishing up my nails, he never cleaned up around my nails, so I had paint on the side of my fingers and so forth. I was being very positive and complementing them, any request that I seem to ask him he seemed to ignore. It felt like when it came to the overall nails. There was no effort they were careless, and it was very frustrating because at the end of the day I paid over $150 for the both of us just for all these mistakes to be made. In which was obviously not comped for in any way. On a positive note, the lady at the front desk was entirely the sweetest woman ever. She helped with my four-year-old talked with her, gave her a piece of candy and was just overall kind and courteous and caring when it came to her. If I was rating, just hurry, it would be a five-star. If I were rating The two individuals I did mine and my daughter’s nails it would be below a zero star. At least they weren’t rude. But I would never ever get my nails done from those two individuals ever again nor would I recommend them to anybody.
