Offering physicals, chiropractic needs, and minor procedures in Sheboygan
This is the second or third time now they have canceled my own appointment to get my physical in, which is very upsetting especially having to schedule around my family events, work and life schedules in general with two little ones. Shows they are not organized and not very professional when doing this to a client.
We have been utilizing this facility for years as a benefit of our insurance package. What was one time a place I would never want to attend, to now being so pleased and welcomed by staff is a drastic change. John has literally enhanced the lives of my family and myself. If it was not for his advocacy, my husband would probably not be able to walk ever again. This clinic is now our first choice because of John and the ladies, when prior, it would not have even qualified as a last resort. Thank you for allowing us the best staff to work with. We can now focus on bettering ourselves because we feel heard and safe.
I recently switched from my primary care provider at Aurora (of 5 years) to John Hernandez at InHealth Clinic after being referred by a coworker. John was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am so happy to have found care with someone who genuinely cares about their patients.
I have been in for several varying issues and have been helped in a timely manner and provided quick care. I have been in for chiropractic needs, skin tag removal, sinus infections, blood work, and yearly physicals. The doctors are helpful and listen well. Dr. Hernandez is newer, since Dr. Benckley retired, but I've been happy with the switch. He listens and is empathetic and answers all my questions, while also searching for an answer if he isn't positive on something. I feel comfortable and taken care of. I appreciate the team at Interra Health. I've also fainted after getting blood drawn and they were quick to act and patient upon my recovery. Nothing but good things to say about Interra. I'm glad that's where I go.
Our experience was terrible. My son had a terrible ear infection. The PA shrugged it off as a pimple and proceeded to babble on for 20 minutes about how he should wash and use OTC products to wash better. She kept repeating herself over and over again. It was weird and exteemely uncomfortable for both my son and myself. We ended up in urgent care the following day with his ear swollen shut. He's now on antibiotics and anitbiotic cream. She was useless!
