so i came in today to get my hair done because ive always done my own hair but with this design i wanted i was scared to do it on myself because it’s difficult to get the back of my head. i asked for the second pic, the lady told me they wouldn’t be able to do the platinum blonde because they didn’t want to damage my hair badly and proceeded to show me a little bit of a darker blonde. ok cool, fair i get that because i have dyed my hair recently (the third pic) i was fine with what i left with considering they were offering a free touch up for a second time until i heard the total, $147 for something that didn’t turn out to how i was told and expected. i showed a different picture of the bangs i wanted and didn’t get that either. my mom then came in to confront why the price was so high for something that didnt meet my expectations, my mom explained it wasn’t fair to give me full price on something that didnt turn out, the lady was just trying to say “i agreed” yes, i agreed to get it to the darkish blonde that i was shown, not to still have the pink in my hair. then proceeded to tell my mom “i could’ve charged her more” i am a 17 year old who pays for everything myself, i struggle financially as it is so why are we scamming teenagers as a salon business… why would i want to come back for a free touch up at the same place that couldn’t do what was said could be done especially when it’s clearly only about money and not making their clients happy with their hair. would’ve been cheaper and looked how i wanted if i did it myself to be honest. if i could give zero i would, i will gladly proceed to do my own hair than try to trust salons in sheboygan, ESPECIALLY this one.

My Essential Facial with Tamara was amazing. I loved the steam towels, aromatherapy, the steam fan, the scrubs and cooling creams. I was so relaxed and my skin was glowing after my treatment. I'll be back next month.

I utilize Salon Sase’s Massage Therapists, Belinda and Jude. They have VERY DIFFERENT massage styles and techniques, but they are equally talented and trained. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EITHER of them. Oh, pricing is VERY REASONABLE and I know, Belinda has MANY massage options, types and lengths(even offering a chair massage). I visit once a month. :)
