The conchas and elephant ears were so good. The conchas are a little pricier than I'm used to but they are top notch. Lots of conchas are pretty dry and too airy, these are not dense but a much closer crumb with just the right almost moistness. The topping stays on, they held up great in the bag for breakfast the next day. I will be searching for conchas like these back home. The elephant ears came two to a bag when I just wanted one but they are really tasty, crispy and sticky. Delish.

We ordered tres milk cake. It was lovely and delicious. The communication was the bakery was great. We have purchased other bakery item from Rosa’s at the farmer’s market and have enjoyed those too. The price for the cake was excellent. We will be returning.

4 star rating??? What a joke!!!! My friend ordered a chocolate tres leches cake with oreos and strawberries like that one on their page. We sent them the picture and what to put on it and they got everything wrong!! They gave me a vanilla cake with white frosting that had 3 different fruits that we did not ask for besides the strawberries. We called and the lady said no refunds and that we didnt ask for chocolate cake even though we sent her a message and screen shot of what we wanted😤 She said she could just add chocolate sprinkles to the side and give us a discount the next.time we order🙄🙄 I called and a man answered and we discussed what happened he said he was gonna call back but its been 40 min with no call back... I assume this is how they deal with all complaints and wrong orders?? They just take your money and ignore u when they mess up??? I wouldnt reccomend this place at all im disappointed that this small mexican buissness has gotten so much good raitings but in reality they dont know how to do their job. We paid $85.00

We got a Tres Leches Cake filled and topped with strawberries for our wedding and it looked and tasted great. Our guests loved it. We would get a cake from here again. They even delivered it to our venue for a small up charge.

Found Rosa’s at the Elkhart Lake farmer’s market this morning. The pastries were so beautiful so I had one of all of them. Everything was absolutely delicious! Top marks to the cheese danish, love the churros (I’ll definitely go to the bakery and get them hot!), looking forward to trying the sweet empanadas. Go there!!!!
