Terrible service from the beginning — they don’t communicate anything at all. I went in to have my genetic testing done and they drew 5 tubes of blood! When I messaged to ask about the results, they told me that test had never even been done. This clinic and their care are HORRIBLE. Save yourself a bad experience and choose a different clinic.
Be very careful with what you're saying to the doctor. They'll bill you for services and things that you did not consent to or even thought you would be billed for. This method of practicing medicine is deceitful and misleading and shows that they only care about the money and not the patient. EDIT - I tried calling the number below and it goes directly to voicemail. You're not able to talk directly with a representative.
Avoid Prevea at All Costs! Prevea is a factory, not a clinic. You're just a number, rushed appointments, zero empathy, and shady policies. They gaslight you, misdocument your visits, and push drug screens like you're a criminal. I left feeling worse every time. If you want real care, look elsewhere. These people do NOT have your back.
I had negative experiences with Prevea and Beth Van Ess' willingness or ability to provide meaningful care as a PCP. I found her to be an obstacle to fulfilling my needs, struggled to get her to listen to my concerns, and found the way she spoke to me abrasive and frankly quite pushy. I felt like I wasn't a party to my own healthcare, and no other doctor or nurse has made me feel like that. It was worse than being merely unhelpful. She was difficult and disrespectful. I did not originally name the person, but felt I should rewrite this review after I received a strange communication from them 6 weeks after I already terminated the relationship. I can't read this unprovoked letter as anything but spiteful, so I felt compelled to name the specific provider. I won't take a chance on Prevea again, but in case you still want/need to use them, I would at least avoid Beth Van Ess.
Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and "homey" feeling. The nurse practitioner spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel rushed. She actually listened and helped me. The lab lady was also very sweet and personable. The building and the room didn't reek of sanitizer or cleaning products, like most clinics do, and that's so important for people who are sensitive to fragrance, have asthma, or get migraines etc. I liked it far better than any other place I've received any care for years.
