Our grocery store offers self-checkout lanes for your convenience
I usually love the store, but yesterday I bought Lindt 85 and paid for it. Sadly, the packer didn’t put it my grocery bags. I suppose the price of good chocolate has gone up a bit over the past few months, and I thought I’d treat myself this time, but unfortunately, not this time.
The store was clean, organized, and most of the employees were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was disappointing. The bagger, who I believe was named Jonathan, was muttering to himself and using inappropriate language while working. His behavior seemed unprofessional and made me uncomfortable as a customer. It’s unfortunate because it overshadowed what was otherwise a very positive shopping experience.
Staff is always friendly and helpful... Just don't like it when they constantly move things around... and with the last overhaul, 70% of store all shuffled around... and they really need more self-service checkouts.
Self checkouts with the conveyor belts suck. The fact you can’t check out alcohol in the regular check out is silly. Then don’t make it available in the “regular” part of the store. A 6 pack requires you to go back into the store and check out at the liquor checkout after you already checked out. Know now to not do that again. 🙄
Went to this pick and save for some early morning groceries and it did not disappoint! It's a really big building and very clean as well! There are a variety of grocery products of all kind and a little bit of everything for everyone if you look hard enough. Pricing on groceries were reasonable as well. Service was quick and polite no problems there. Overall I had a good experience at this pick and save and will probably go back on occasion! Pictures are of the outside and inside of the store.
