Nice employees . I came in to make an appointment only to find out you have call to make an appointment...so I called,and then they called with the same day,and a referral to same dentist whom Never answered his calls. All that just too start repetitively calling this again.The ppl whom again were very nice and doing their jobs could only state to keep calling.Where have all the dentist gone?
Heather is the best hygienist ever! I adore her. She is kind, she gentle and she gives great advice. Dr. Wilson is awesome. He has been my dentist for well over and I do not want to see anyone else. Congratulations Lakeshore Community Healthcare on your partnership.
Never had dental work at this office I tried making a appointment they keep telling me I have to pay a bill for which I have state insurance so my mouth is swollen from a broken root canal so I have to get infection just to see them. Worst place ever
I am blown away with the care this community clinic offers to the Sheboygan community. They truly care about every single patient that comes in. I was greeted at the front desk with a smile and taken back for my appt. I was explained everything and the nurse I worked with actually cared about my well being and so did the doctor I saw. It is very hard to find such caring providers and staff nowadays and lakeshore health went above and beyond!
My 7 year old grand daughter was very afraid of the dentist! Due to certain circumstances she had never been to a dentist! Her real first cleaning and check up was in September! Yesterday was her first time with fillings! She was so nervous about it! Until she met the dental assistant named Cynthia and her dentist, Dr Broll. They made her so comfortable by playing k pop music and dancing with her in her chair. She loved her happy gas, and can't stop talking about her experience with them! Thank you for being so caring and going through so much extra effort to make her experience so great! She can't wait to come back! You two ladies are top notch in our eyes!
