Date of visit April 20, 2026, 11:15 AM appointment Marcos is the one you want. He takes a haircut to a whole different level. Hot towel treatment, real attention to detail, and great communication the whole time. He even finished with a head, shoulder, and neck massage using a massage gun, I could barely keep my eyes open. I’m sure everyone in the shop is talented, but after my first cut with Marcos I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s my go to barber in WI, and as an OTR driver , that’s a big plus . Real skill is hard to come by.

​I made an appointment for a haircut and arrived 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, the front desk/greeting experience was nonexistent. No one acknowledged me until a barber finished with a client. When I explained it was my first time and I wasn’t sure who my appointment was with, the staff seemed confused. I was asked to wait, but after sitting there for 15 minutes past my scheduled time with no service or update, I decided to leave. If you value punctuality and customer communication, you might want to look elsewhere.

Walked in spoke to someone not sure if owner/ manager. Barber I was looking for no longer works there I was told. No one was getting a hair cut I asked if I could be taken. He said I have someone coming in. I asked can you take me after that. It’s my day off and it’s my only chance to get a haircut . He told me to come back at 7. It was 6 . I even left him my number and said if anything changes can you just let me know. But here I’m come at 7 to a closed up shop all lights off and no call or text saying he wouldn’t be able to. If that’s how they treat their customers I hope this place fails. And seems like these traits are why they are closing 2 hours ahead of the time posted on their door and website. Trash business! Horrible!

My barber is Jason - I met the guy when he worked at another spot in town. From day 1 he always got me right whenever he had an opening available. I appreciate how quick & easy it is for a hair cut, along with the customer service. I highly recommend checking them out!
