Jacob is just wonderful. He is patient, knowlegable. I am remodeling bath & he is the reason I would go back. He took time to explain & helped to make choices for everything I needed & printed information so it's easy for me to order when I am ready. The list came handy to order.
Came for a auger and Ivy by the outdoor tools did an amazing job. I messed up and didn't see the augers at first however she was able to find them and looked up another product just in case they might have it. Sadly they didn't carry that in store however she was very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about her customer service. In case Menards is looking this was on 7/29/26 around three ish. As well this store is a night and day difference from Manitowoc WI store. This store is well kept and immaculate with amazing customer service all around. Even the checkout was better. If I need another thing from Menards I'll be comping to this location from now on. Manitowoc Menards needs to learn from the Sheboygan location on how to keep the store and treat customers well!
My husband and I had some issues with our camper van that required immediate remediation. We got lucky with Menard’s being the first exit. Kit and Kelly were working the guest services desk and helped us immensely with getting back into working order. Their kindness and consideration of our needs made our first Menard’s experience great! Thanks again!
I special ordered some walnut boards and walnut plywood. It took about a week for the plywood and will be about 3 weeks for the board. I thought the plywood looked very nice and it was packed well. Packaging fee was reasonable and yard staff was helpful. Thank you
Come on guys. I spend way to much money here to have to wait almost 30 min. For anyone to come to the desk for pick up services. There was a few of us waiting, walking around making eye contact with other leaders and employees that jusy turned like they didnt see us. I was as well ringing the hell out of the bell and no one came. A quick pick up became more an issue with 3 people on shift........ Gotta do better.
