Went to see Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and I get it was a pretty humid day, but the inside of the theater shouldn’t have been just as humid, which made for a cold and sticky movie experience against the reclining chairs. Also, shouldn’t they be cleaning the theaters between movies? There was food, not just popcorn, all over the floor by our seats. The bathrooms were super messy as well, and I don’t know if it’s because of the humidity or how dirty the place was, but every floor surface that wasn’t carpet was super slippery. Never going back again🤢

Just saw Toy Story 5 on the "UltraScreen" and there was 6 feet on the left and right of blank space, I ask the Manager and they said thats how they are doing movies now so they can fit on the tvs after...if thats the case im never paying extra for the "Ultrascreen" when the actual movie is the size of the regular theater screen size. Yall have to fix that, its a rip off........

Went to see a 3D movie accidentally booked. The Mandalorian. I’m going to tell you one major thing that would make the 3d movie experience waaaaaaaay better. It’s very simple. Your 3d glasses you hand out should have side covers to block side obstruction of outside lighting. Just sit with those glasses in a 3d movie and put your hands on side covering the outside distractions ( hall lighting/people/misc) you’re now deep in focus of the main screen no other objects or lights are peeking through the sides. Your experience with the movie will be 10 times better if you did this simple thing with those glasses. It can’t cost that much more to have side covers molded in. Please do this if you can . I flippin hated the 3d experience it was awful as well. 2026 and it looks like 1998 3d experience still.

Went to see the Mario Galaxy movie last night. The screen was not clean and it was incredibly distracting. There was a hand print in one spot and a small black smear in the middle that was distracting in every bright scene. A lot of the movie had bright scenes. Chairs were comfortable but the screen the main experience, so please keep it clean!

Went to the Marcus Theatre to see Black Adam and I was very glad I did! The building itself has a nice little feel to it, is big and easy to walk around in and very clean! Customer service was quick, on point and very polite, no problems there and everything from the movie ticket to the popcorn I thought was reasonably priced!The movie area itself was very comfortable, just as clean as the rest of the theater and showed the movie without a problem. If you want to see a movie in Sheboygan, stop by Marcus'! Pictures are of the inside and outside of the theater, the best shot of the screening area I could get and the ticket stub to the movie I saw!
