I was so comfortable and felt at ease, which is important to me when seeing a therapist. She really listened and heard me, and seemed to really understand. I came in for a letter of readiness, and it was done very professionally and quick. Great place!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Lorrie referred me to aurora, and then discredited their evaluation when she wasn't satisfied with the results. Lorrie acted out in a very unprofessional manner making me feel threatened. When discussing a way to file complaints services were discontinued.
Went here for marriage counseling with Mariah. At first she was awesome and seemed to put effort into our sessions but the last time we had sessions she focused on things that aren't even an issue in our marriage! She didn't even care enough to set up another appointment with us after our last session and its been weeks since then. She made my husband and I feel like because we didn't fit into a "category" of failed marriages that she basically just didn't know what to do with us. There is literally no point of trying to save your marriage with this place, go anywhere else.
It was very warm and welcoming for my first counseling session. I really enjoyed Vanessa's realness and kindness.
We recently went in for some help. Front desk was very helpful. We saw Vanessa and she was great. She was laid back and real. I highly recommend her.
