Hotel with fitness center, meeting facilities, free breakfast
Rooms need a little TLC. Staff is nice. TV was faulty but wasn't a big deal for us. Staff said they would replace it. But room was not really clean. Something spilled/splashed on walls. Shower curtain old and stained. But beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Fishing trip was canceled due to bad weather which the hotel has no control over. That was the main disappointment.
Second year in a row we have stayed here. Will be out next year too. Staff is nice, helpful, gave great recommendations for restaurants near by. Rooms are CLEAN, does need little reno here and there. Appreciate the hard floors in the rooms , not carpet. Breakfast is good, some changes would be nice but good, and hot. Italian restaurant nextdoor is great, gas station with in walking distance, grocery store just a few blocks.
Everyone that works the front desk during the day and night are all awesome. This hotel in my opinion is the most hospitable that I’ve seen. The rooms are nice and clean, the front desk is always clean. Housekeeping is always there and always gave me a lot of towels and washcloths. Everyone there always makes you feel better when you show up and stay with them and they’re great to talk to. I thank Jami, Jackye, Kim, Sandra, Amaya, and Heather for helping out and being patient when I needed it. Definitely recommend to anyone in Sheboygan that needs a place to stay for a while.
Really reliable on everything we ask for and need. I never have a problem or feel uncomfortable ever since I've been here. The staff is Always super sweet and nice. I never have a complaint when staying at this hotel. I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone I talk to.
stayed here with my mom, pets and infant over the past week upon transitioning into a new place and it was great/okay, that is the reason why im giving my review 3 stars instead of 5 because my room was amazing and the beds were comfortable and clean, no bugs spotted at all however my bathroom tub did not drain properly and my mom was told we could not change the room and that team here would be contacting the maintenance to come and fix the tub. upon the final rest of our stay, the lady at the front desk and another personnel came to fix the toliet that was stopped up which fixed the issue at the time but the tub was still not draining properly and continued to fill up with green water when used, the tub was also not the best cleaned. it was almost as the previous person who stayed in the room stopped up the toliet with something unknown. moving on to breakfast, the breakfast was alright, nothing too special but it got us through the days of our stay there. i'd say they could add more hot food and cook the foods a bit longer as some of the breakfast was running and not all the way cooked. they have a laundry facility here, 2 washers and 2 dryers, priced well and easy access but the laundry could use some cleaning and a reminder for guest to clean the lint out of the dryers after being used. i did feel uncomfortable using the laundry room on my stay just once when there was some guys that was staying there overfilling the room and not giving me space to check on my washer, they looked fairly suspicious but ill say watch your back here because there is sometimes some weird looking people but thats anywhere, i had some valuable items in the room and me & my family stepped out and no one touched our things or tried to enter our room. great water pressure and the heat/ac works terrific. housekeeping visited daily and gave us tons of clean linens, the hotel is very pet friendly and was welcoming to my 3 cats. overall, the team of ladies were so nice and kind to my family and my infant & made our stay wonderful. i would stay here again if looking to just get away.
