Hotel suites near Lake Michigan, Kohler, and Road America in Sheboygan
I booked a 3 night stay on Expedia and received a confirmation of booking same day. We drove 2.5 hours to this hotel and, upon check-in, was told that the hotel did not receive the booking and that all the rooms were filled. No offer to help outside of essentially helping to google other open hotels. Issuing this as a warning not to book this hotel through a 3rd party.
Just a very clean hotel with an awesome staff! Mark, Sabrina and Ally were great at the front desk and Katie was very attentive to my housekeeping needs. Keep up the good work!
Mark was on staff to check me in and he was very nice and informative and was nice enough to call up to the room when my Uber Eats arrived. Karen the breakfast attendant and she was super nice and made sure everything was well stocked. Room was large, clean and has a lot of space for people who intend to stay multiple nights. I was just in town for a work trip, but this will be my first choice if I need to return.
This place is AWESOME! I have stayed here 3 times already. I will be back again next month. The staff is Extremely friendly. The bed is very comfortable! It's in a perfect location. Close to the beach and close to shopping.
We had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious with plenty of hooks to hand things. Everything appeared new. The breakfast was good with nice breakfast sandwich options. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was quiet except for the one early morning when the fire alarm went off. We would definitely stay again.
