The male eye doctor was very professional and was able to educate me on something I didn't know about my prescription. Allison was extremely kind, patient, and went above and beyond. Her older female coworker on the other hand was outright extremely rude to and mistreated Allison when she asked her a simple question about the glasses alternate colors. It was extremely unprofessional of her to treat Allison like that. Haven't received the glasses yet but hopeful. May 13th, 2026

Jessie is amazing! When we ran into issues trying to replace a broken pair of glasses from another clinic, she took the extra time to help us find them and make sure we got them asap. Give that lady a raise!!!

Avoid this place like the plague. I had an exam and ordered new lenses. 4 weeks later, they were finally done; however, everything was trapezoidal. They had them remade, and 5 weeks later they were finally done and still had the same issue. I went and had to pay out of pocket for a new vision test and turns out the left eye on the new prescription was WAY too strong. Not sure what happened there, but they only refunded the lenses, and hung up on me when I called to request a refund to my insurance for the exam. Stay away

Just Amazing. We are very pleased with the attention and service we received. Jessie went above and beyond to respond to us quickly and answer any questions we had. Made my Triplets , wife and I feel comfortable thru the whole process. Thank You so Much!!
