First I wanna start off with the customer service being absolutely amazing! Cristina was very easy to book with. She is very flexible and went above and beyond with my appointment (booking outside of regular hours). I got Medium Miracle knots and the appointment took about 5 1/2 hours, anyone who gets their hair braided know that this is fast work, but the quality was also immaculate. She’s very sweet and has great tips on after care for your hair. I’m very picky and she took all my concerns into consideration. This was my first time booking but NEVER my last. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Cristina!! She’s always accommodating with scheduling and has great availability. She’s so personable and makes every appointment enjoyable.
