I was supposed to have 60 pills delivered to my house today. When I looked at the bottle, I could immediately see that there was not even close to 60. There were only 30. So I called them up to try & resolve this, and the pharmacist basically told me that I was lying. If you get meds delivered to your house, U need to count them B4 the driver leaves. Update #1) It's now Dec 9th, 2025 and they just did it to me again. They were supposed to deliver 30 pills to me and I only got 15 pills. When I called them, they wanted me to bring the bottle in, as proof, but the reason I use Glanders, is because I don't drive anymore. So that was the last straw for me. I transferred my RX to another pharmacy. And guess what - they messed that up, too. They sent inaccurate info to the new pharmacy ! There cannot possibly be a worse pharmacy on Earth. Update #2) They not only sent inaccurate information to the new pharmacy, but now today, they are TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE, in my attempts to fix the mistakes that were made by THEM. I don't know what your expectations are of them, as a pharmacy. I personally would give them a grade of F Minus. But when it comes to treating customers like HUMAN BEINGS, they have the worst + rudest pharmacists that have EVER existed. They should not be doing ANY job, that requires them to work with the General Public. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid (unless you enjoy being treated like dirt)

PLEASE read all the reviews, and you can easily see that this pharmacy has a MAJOR problem - you cannot trust them to deliver the proper pill quantity. Careless blunders are NOT OK , when it comes to filling a prescription accurately. But worst of all, is that when you point out their errors, they won't even own up to it. They say that YOU must be wrong. You could be seriously jeopardizing your health, if you ask Glanders to fill an RX for you ! PS. A few reviews say that some Glander's employees are rude, and I can confirm that this is 100% true. Also, the store is supposed to open at 9 AM each day, but MANY times I've called them at 9:10 and they still weren't open yet. The people who run this pharmacy simply DO NOT care about accuracy or professionalism, AT ALL.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Nancy is CRAZILY rude. Stay away from this place, she doesn't care about anybody or the safety of people. She's extremely rude I would never call or go to this place a day again. Hope this place gets a new owner or goes out of business! Yikes

Up until this point I was always happy with my experiences with the staff and delivery drivers. I work for an adult family home and all the meds come specifically bubble-packed. My co-worker was counting the meds, as we are required to do, and found one off count. The pharmacy willing added the missing pills. A week later I was passing meds and found that same bubble to only have one pill in it instead of three and their was no damage to the bubble like someone accidentally stuck their finger through the seal. This was very strange. When I explained it to the pharmacy staff member, Patty, they refilled it but when she brought it back to the drive thru window she handed it to me and said "that seemed very suspicious", meaning that someone stole the medication. I left to continue my errands and while waiting in the car, not even 20 minutes later, I examined the bubble pack and found that same spot missing 2 out of the three pills. I was confused. Did they make a mistake, I wondered. I immediately returned to the pharmacy and went inside to speak to them. At this point I asked to speak to the manager, Matt. He also insinuated that someone (meaning me) must've taken those pills out. I pointed out that there was no damage done to the pack, how was this possible???? Well, come to find out the way the pharmacy repacked it was to make a tiny slit in the packaging and then slip those pills back in. They did not completely repackaged and reseal it properly and they only sealed it by putting a piece of tape on it. Matt sat there saying that he doesn't know how someone took it apart to steal those pills out of it because he examined it himself before the bubble pack was given back to me. I told him there's clearly something going on if pills are falling out and they are using a flawed system to repackaged the medication. He was not going to dispense anymore meds to fill it. I left in a huff and said if I find those pills in my car then they need to do something differently instead of using a piece of tape. Guess what everyone still reading this??? I found one in my console and one on the floor. Matt would not admit that their system is flawed but did repackaged the entire month's medication properly, no pieces of tape used as a bandaid to fix the problem this time around. Of course I received no apology.

Every pharmacy should strive to be like Glanders. Their service is exceptional and the staff is so kind. Leaving a huge corporate pharmacy was absolutely the right move.
