Plumbing services from design to installation in Sheboygan
How is it that the most recommended plumber in the area 😳 not do certain plumbing work. I have an old house and need a trap replaced. Then this morning I get a message telling me that they dont do that kind of work.?? Never would I recommend this company.

Nothing like paying over $1,000 to not have a job done properly. Will the 3rd time be the charm or will I need a different company who is competent? *Edit; got told the wrong info more than once and was WAY over charged for shoddy work. Would not recommend. Spent well over 100$ less on another company who did the job much faster and more cleanly. Too bad you can't give negative stars
So professional! The replacement installation of my Kohler sink was no easy task. Had challenges. We are very appreciative of the detail of making everything level, center, operational, and a simple picture of perfection. Great team...pleasant crew. Will definitely work with them again. Had a leaky water heater and request a new one. Turns out I paid $1,200 for it and it came with a damaged floor that the owner chose not to take responsibility for. Told me bad flooring is to blame for (sure it can!) but so is bad labor to blame for. Never took responsibility which leads me to warn others. When I asked that his employee tell us if there was cracked floor before he arrive he told me “he will likely not remember that” but somehow his employee remembers the made-up story of us supposedly taking water out of the catch pan (surrounding the water heater) although that’s so inaccurate as we greeted him at the door and went straight to our living room. In the image you can clearly see the water damage was done outside of the heater area (area where the cracked floor is, away from heater) and it’s the same area where I saw the repair guy had a bucket full of water and later saw him picking up water with a large towel. It’s during costumer complaints that you can see a company / owners values and there was zero empathy or trying to understand from their part which likely makes me assume this is not the first time they’ve dodged fixing their own mistakes. During the call I mentioned I would be writing this review which after the call he followed up with an email trying to find a resolution (finally) which was to get our insurance involved (so it will go up more for us?) and threatened me with saying I am causing defamation. Which is not. It’s my experience — you can make your own opinion about them from my review and the rest of them.
