My friend contacted them because she was recommended by someone online, due to them offering”textured dematting/detangling” services, but they told her they don’t have time or services to help her and good luck. Which I guess I don’t understand, because they literally list the service on their page. Oh well I guess.
I recently went to Entourage for an eyebrow wax and Ava was my esthetician. She was truly amazing, detail oriented, and made my experience feel relaxing. Not to mention, my eyebrows looked incredible after. Even my husband noticed them and complimented them, which says a lot!! I plan on booking with Ava on other services in the future and would recommend her to anyone!
Taylor did an amazing job on my cut and color. I had a previous color catastrophe from another salon and she was able to fix it and make the new color look amazing!
Without doubt the worst lash extension experience I've ever had. To start, the disclaimer I had to "sign" was extremely unprofessional and I wasn't even required to sign it. It was also super dark in the waiting area so could barely read it. The lash tech didn't wash my lashes before putting on the "extensions" which is insane. I was laying there about 20 minutes while she was setting up, she wasn't prepared. The real problem is this was a two week fill and she only added clusters and they were on my lids not my actual lashes. There was so much glue and my eyelids swelled from maybe the weight or unclean products. When I looked in the mirror there was HUGR gap that she had to "fix". The lashes were close to my lower lash line. They offered me to come back and have Ava redo them but obviously I wasn't going to let her touch me again or remove them. Now not only am I out the money I spent but because I did remove them I have to pay for a whole new set. Also, lost many of MY lashes due to the amount of weight from all the glue. I rarely leave negative reviews so please keep in mind it was that bad....
My bestie Kade had Kylie and she was absolutely amazing! Made him actually look good for once and she was so sweet while I was FaceTiming him. Highly recommend coming to this absolute queen because she’s so nice, funny, and gorgeous
