Brilliant. Let’s combine a waffle and a croissant.. why not!? As it may, this hit the mark for something ‘different’ to eat at in the area. Coffeehouse was bustling with patrons, which typically means that it ‘checkmarks’ the boxes of a good eatery. Service was professional and polite. Food as you can see from the uploaded photos, good! The croffels were a unique play on traditional foods and it was well executed. Taste was similar to a croissant and texture was on par with a waffle.

My boyfriend and I went here while visiting Sheboygan for the first time, and we tried three croffles, a mocha latte, and a chai latte. Great food, great vibes, and sweet staff! Would love to go back!

First time here and all I can say is wow! Everything just had its own perfect unique taste. The creme brulee cheesecake had such a good consistency and thickness. I got an extra pump of syrup in my caramel macchiato and it still had a simple sweetness. I highly recommend the humus caprese. And the staff was very welcoming. I don't really know what to say other than, perfection 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾 20/10 definitely recommend.

Eb Flo Coffeehouse serves one of the best breakfasts in town! I stopped by for a morning bite and was seriously impressed. The breakfast sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients — you can taste the difference. Pairing it with their perfectly brewed coffee made it even better. The vibe is relaxed and inviting, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. It’s now my go-to spot for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend starting your day here!

What a delightful coffee shop right on the Sheboygan River! I hadn’t been downtown in years, and wow, has it changed. This gem was a perfect find after the other nearby coffee shop closed. The decor captures the Lake Michigan shoreline vibe perfectly, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor tables have live propane-fired glass fireplaces, so even with a slight chill, we stayed cozy while enjoying the cool Lake Michigan breeze. We caught a beautiful early morning sunrise, and despite the forecast predicting heat, the temperature was refreshingly cool. Ample parking, a terrific staff, and a great selection of pastries—clearly displayed and reasonably priced—made it even better. They serve coffee in traditional cups, accept cash or credit, and the atmosphere is so welcoming we stayed for two hours just catching up, sipping delicious coffee, and watching boats glide by. No one rushed us out, which was awesome. Overall, a fantastic visit, and we can’t wait to return!
