Dr. Stephen's have been with me through all my bad moments. It started back when I had an object thrown at my lower back causing me to drop to one knee. He did his tests and found out my story how I have been having back pains for years. I have seen other chiropractors, but nothing worked. That was until I met Dr. Stephen's. With his help and support I now live a life with no back pains, discomfort, and has given me another chance of living a comfortable life. Dr. Stephen has been there through many more of my injuries. I had hand and wrist pains. He was able to alleviate some of that pain. My shoulders was the worst injury I had ever felt. He kept me going. My knee was a fun one. Jk. The words thank you Dr. Stephens is not enough. His support during these challenges moments in my life have meant everything in my recovery. He took me in right away when my pain was unbearable. The staff is absolutely amazing. Side note: Dr. Stephen's got me some really good insoles, which helped a lot with my back and knee. He also did a alcat test. Yes the price for the insoles may seem scary, but if you think about the price of the insoles and how long they last is a good deal. Plus less pain makes a better a life. I see it as an investment.

My experience with Dr. Liz (the chiropractor) & front desk was good but my experience with Liz’s (the physical therapist) was rude and no care or effort was given. I brushed it off and just thought maybe she was new and inexperienced or they are just super busy. Before my encounter with her, I had just gotten my ultrasound done for my second visit to help with the inflammation and had to wait a while since she (Liz the physical therapist) was supposed to come help me put a belt on to support my lower back as I could barely walk. I was in so much pain sitting there, eventually Dr. Liz (the chiropractor) came in to help me put it on so that I can go home and rest. I didn’t think much about it since I figure they were probably just busy. My first encounter with Liz (the physical therapist). She came to put athletic tape on my injury. She just slapped it on not bothering to stretch it and put it on the wrong spot. The prior helpers stretched the tape and actually put it where it should go. I figured that was odd maybe she is new or something. My second encounter with her was when I had to start on my physical therapy. I had waited about 15-20 mins for her to come show me 2 exercises. One of the exercise requires me to kick my leg back. I asked her if I am supposed to feel it on the side of my thigh and she said it was fine and didn’t even bother looking at my form to see if I am doing it right or not or see if I have any questions about the exercises. I was kinda speechless….there was no care nor effort put into it at all. Regardless I thanked her and left. My third encounter with her was when she had to do my ultrasound. I had just gotten done with my chiropractor adjustment and all I had to do was wait for my ultrasound treatment. I had sat down and had waited a few mins at this point and another patient had came out from getting adjusted and sat next to me in their little waiting area by the cubicle. It was just me and her and it seems like they normally go in order as the patient charts comes in , but the lady next to me got treated first. I was okay whatever. When I was finally called into the cubicle. Liz started the ultrasound session and she applied a lot of pressure with the wand. I was in so much pain. It could literally feel the metal part of the ultrasound wand rubbing and digging into my bone. I told her that I’m very sore today and it hurts. She didn’t even apologize nor make any sort of adjustments. She was silent!! Half way through the session it seems like the gel was getting dried out but She kept going. I just sat there grunting around and biting my teeth as she kept rubbing the almost dried ultrasound wand over and over the same spots hitting my bones. As I sat there in pain thinking this is NOT NORMAL nor how it normally feels like and on top of that none of the inflammation spots were touched! I’ve had this treatment done every time I’ve came in to get adjusted and even with different ppl and they all have been super gentle with me. They normally rub the wand all over with tons of gel and apply barely any pressure. Idk what Liz’s issue is but that is NOT ethical practice nor professional at all! I will not be coming back nor will continue to pay for someone to treat me this way. I came there to get treated not get tortured. It hurt worse than when my chiropractor adjusted/ checked the injury area. The other helpers are very nice. I don’t know what her issue is but clearly she doesn’t want to help me, and is not new! There is no reason or excuses for the way she handled me. she has been there over 5 years, this felt intentional!

Dirker Chiropractic is the best Chiropractor that I have been to! I have had back issues for years and everytime I need an adjustment the have an opening for me to get in. All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Greeted with a smile and how are you doing today. Super clean building. I would recommend anyone looking for a Chiropractor to come here!!
