Absolutely awful. I’ve never been to this Culver’s before and I will never be back! I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger and it came with a hair wedged into the top bun, in exchange they gave me a free pint of ice cream and remade it, then I opened my cheese sauce for my pretzel bites and there was a bug in it! The workers didn’t have hairnets and I’m genuinely just disgusted. When I went to ask to get my burger re made, the cashier acted like nothing unordinary happened and just went into conversation, makes me question how often this happens.

I was out of town helping my son clearing a property, dirty work, hauling garbage, etc. and we stopped at the drive thru to get some food and head back to his place and of course they forgot a burger and the sauce for the chicken, now that may not seem like a big thing, but after driving home and realizing, by the time I drove back to get it, the food was cold. Just a terrible experience. Maybe the food would have been better warm, who knows.

This location is run well! My LEAST favorite locations are any Culver’s in Milwaukee. ESPECIALLY the one off of Good Hope Road. And for some reason the Plymouth one is disappointing. I went to that location on June 19th and it’s above the Milwaukee locations but below the Ozaukee/Sheboygan locations.

Why can’t all Culvers be like this location? The food is extremely fresh and well prepared, not just slapped together. Cashiers are on point. Place is clean. Prime example location for a great experience!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members, which immediately set a positive tone. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here! This Culver’s is spotless, and what really stood out was the efficiency—there was absolutely no waiting time and they came to the table to clean up the tray and ask if everything was okay. Thank you for this amazing experience.
