As someone who spent 25 years as a nail technician, I'm pretty hard to impress. I've been on both sides of the table, so I notice everything, from sanitation and technique to customer service and the overall experience. I can honestly say this was by far the best pedicure I've ever had in Sheboygan... and quite possibly the best I've ever had, period. Even the basic manicure was excellent. The attention to detail, the quality of the work, and the care they put into every step really stood out. The pedicure room deserves its own review. It's a separate, dimly lit, peaceful space designed for total relaxation. One entire wall is a beautiful water fountain, creating the most calming atmosphere. If you have the chance, upgrade your pedicure. The hot stones, steam treatment, and extra pampering take it to another level. It feels more like a spa retreat than a nail appointment. The salon itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly welcoming. Everyone was professional, kind, and never made me feel rushed. If you're looking for a place to unwind while getting exceptional nails, this is it. I don't hand out compliments lightly after 25 years in the industry, but this salon absolutely earned every one of these five stars. It's a must-have experience, and I'll definitely be back.
