False advertisement. For some reason the Sheboygan store stopped using chunks of graham cracker crust. It is now powder and it’s absolutely not the same!!! I’ve said something numerous times and nothing!!! I just went to Texas and ate at the cold stone there and they used chunks like they advertise!!! Does not taste the same!!!🤬🤬🤬 ima stop bringing new people here because it’s trash!!!

Visited with my husband the evening of Thursday 3/5/26. Ice cream was pretty good --I did enjoy it--but it was missing some ingredients and the service could use some work. I ordered sweet cream ice cream with peanut butter, brownies & fudge mixed in. There was barely any peanut butter and the female staff member who waited on us appeared completely miserable and on autopilot--a vibe of "people suck- don't bother me." Customer service matters.

Very good quality ice cream and was very delicious. The restaurant is fine with some seating. The only downside was there was only one employee working so it was a little slow. Overall a very worthwhile experience, my girlfriend and me have made multiple visits!

I thought Cold Stone was just okay. The ice cream was good—sweet and satisfying—but the service was a bit uneasy. When asked about gluten, the staff member said whey protein had gluten which seemed weird because they literally work with that stuff all the time. On a warm day, that creamy scoop did offer a little joy. 🍨

Was in the mood for some dessert and opted to get some ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery! All the ice cream I got, these reeses cups and tub if Ice Cream was really good and lasted me a few days, no complaints there! I dunno how the store itself is so can't comment 9n it but the service seems a LITTLE iffy. It took me a bit to get my ice cream and honestly the price was a lot, TOO much if you ask me. Ice Cream is great but the prices and kinda iffy service makes it far from perfect sadly! Pictures are of the ice cream I got!
