We had our venison processed at Brockman’s Bacon and Summer sausage is top notch! We are regular customers and will always go there to get our steak for special occasions. Keep up the good work!!

The offer genuine sandwich bologna (if you know, you know), olive loaf, and real Kranski. Best pork tenderettes I’ve ever had, and I only make pea soup or baked beans with Brockman’s smoked ham shanks.

Artisan style butcher market, Everything is hand cut, custom sausages, along with both pork and beef cuts displayed freshly daily. Great, selection of lunch meats and cheese to make a tasty sandwich. Also has a nice section frozen ready to grab packaged meats for a road tip or cabin weekend. A must stop Dave

I've heard of Brockmans before and was happy to finally get a chance to try them out. It is a small but VERY well kept and clean little market. There is not a lot of stuff there but what is there I feel is reasonably priced and great! Service was very on point, polite, and knew what they were doing. The meats in general? Well by the two kind of jerkys I got, I'd say they're all great if judging by that! No problems, Brockmans is great if you ask me....just remember YOU have to bring the venison to get it butchered!!!! Pictures are of the inside and outside to the best of my ability and beef jerky I got!
