I have been hesitant on doing a review, I love to support small women run businesses. To start, she has done an amazing job on the aesthetic in the salon. So beyond cute! Katie was super friendly during the appointment. Those points warrant the stars. However, I was very unhappy with the results and the lack of urgency to fix. I get my hair done once a year due to schedule and expense. I showed her the photo from last year (done at my previous salon in milwaukee). My end result was not even close. I’ve attached the before photo (pink shirt) and after (light green shirt). While checking out, she added on a gloss cost for $20, which I was unaware of. Brought my total close to $300 (with tip). Two days late I texted stating I wasn’t happy with the outcome and asked if she could fit me in to correct it. I was informed she could but I would have to book for July or August. I asked a few times, but to no avail. So now I’m stuck with hair that doesn’t look like I had it done. Had to book at another salon in a couple weeks and spend more money to get back to my normal blonde. Update: only a couple weeks and already grey coming through. Each day I am more upset about my hair and the amount I spent on it. Sadly, a waste of my hard earned money.
