Providing medical eye care and vision services in Sheboygan
Called for a status update on my contacts that I need as I am a pilot (Exam and ordered over a month ago). Apparently asking questions sets off these ladies. Rude, bad attitude and happy to pass the buck and transfer you without you finish speaking. Poor poor customer service, blamed my insurance for not paying. Called my insurance and they had already paid them. Aurora is just thee worst in Sheboygan. No one really cares or have a sense of sympathy or empathy.

Made a call back appt from someone name Lulu . Her voice mail was rude.. called back to talk to someone it took 10 min.to talk . Girl name Amanda was rude. Cant get in till January 15. Well I prefer Prevea well over Aurora. I dont have to wait 2 months for a referral appt. Prevea is so much friendlier & efficient… ty
polite staff , good service , caring .
Dr was inpatient with kid!! Like come on he just a kid!...wait too long!!
