I'm blown away by Luke Stańczyk, PA (Ortho) in Sheboygan, WI - he's a true gem! He takes the time to listen, conducts thorough reviews, and makes the entire experience incredibly calming. His professionalism is top-notch, and my friend was amazed that she didn't even feel the knee injection.
I am writing to address a concerning issue with Aurora Pharmacy, where I have been filling my prescriptions for over a year. Despite consistently paying out-of-pocket due to my provider not being covered under my BadgerCare insurance, I was recently informed that the pharmacy can no longer accept my out-of-pocket payment. This sudden change poses significant health risks for me, given my established relationship with my provider and the potential consequences of abruptly discontinuing my medications. I have contacted Forward Healthcare, who confirmed that I should be able to continue paying out-of-pocket. I am concerned that the pharmacy's policy may be misinformed or inconsistent with standard practice, and I kindly request that Aurora Pharmacy review this matter and provide clarification on their policy. Furthermore, I am disappointed in the lack of response from the administrative assistant Traci at the Aurora clinic, which suggests a lack of prioritization of patient care. As a healthcare professional (22 years as a RN who had an unfortunate hardship due to illness) I strongly believe that patients should receive timely and compassionate care and at least acknowledged when a complaint is put in. I also need to clarify that I have been filling my prescription with the same provider while being on badger care insurance since April of 2025. And the current pharmacist there told me it was illegal to fill my prescription this past week. So Aurora's telling me they've been filling my prescription illegally for almost a year? I have had this provider prior to even being on badger Care Plus. To see a mental health provider in this area, it could be months and months. So I chose to continue with my mental health provider and now I'm told I can't fill my medications. Here's my other question. Aurora. Isn't fertility treatments a non-covered service with badger Care Plus? Yes, what if I wanted to move forward with gender affirmation treatment. Would your pharmacist deny somebody coming in with these non-covered services with medications? They choose to pay out of pocket. Actually you can't. This was absolutely and positively the most disturbing reaction that I've got from a pharmacist. In my whole two decades of working in healthcare myself. She was rude. She talked down to me and it needs to be addressed and Tracy do your job. You can't sit behind your desk and not do anything and not respond to patients. If you are on vacation or overwhelmed you need to have somebody back you up or have coverage to assist with these kind of issues. I would have hyped right on this as a healthcare professional. First of all because I'd be worried about the patience. Second of all, I'd be worried about the quote" filling a prescription against the law over a year. Third of all, I would be walking right up to that pharmacist and asking her how and why she addressed the issue this way. I'm
I am very upset about a blood draw procedure performed by a lab technician named Gina G. She treated my baby very badly. She repeatedly and roughly pricked my baby, unable to find a vein in his arm, and repeatedly and aggressively pricked both arms, even inserting the entire syringe and moving it under his skin, causing my baby great pain. I told the technician she was hurting my child, and she angrily replied that it was my baby's fault. She pressed very hard on my baby's arm. After the procedure, my baby was covered in blood all over his chest, legs, and arm. He couldn't move his arm and was crying a lot. I am very upset about the way the lab technician, Gina G, treated my baby.
So I went in to the urgent care Sept. 30 for extreme lower back pain. The nurse was okay but as soon as ASHLEY BEADLING APNP walked in she immediately said Here at aurora urgent care we dont provide narcotics. This pissed me off. As im not a junkie nor do I have any kind of substance abuse. I just wanted to know why my back was hurting. They called security and I was talking to them and decided to go to St. Nicholas ER department. Found out I have sciatica with arthritis in my lower back. Guess what I DENIED narcotics there. Told them what Aurora did and the ER doctor is now helping me report this ASHLEY BEADLING APNP to the board and discussing further options. DO NOT GO TO AURORA PEOPLE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US AT ALL!!!
Came with my mother for a walk-in, the lady at front was nice and got us hooked up with little to no problem. She printed out our papers upon request. The nurse we had and Dr. Brown were fun and professional (friendly too!). Each made sure my mother felt comfortable, translator (Linda, Hmong) was great as well. The wait was a bit over 15 minutes at times, but a good place overall. They made sure to remind us about the person coming and were great! 9/10 **
