I found "doctor" Kalaji to be apathetic and unable to understand what brought me to visit her facility, how much I had already suffered and how much I had tried to get the problem resolved. It felt like being a slab of meat on a conveyor belt, and like she was just following a script without listening. When I followed up with department staff with questions about my visit, she had gotten me mixed up with another patient who had no findings on exams/x-rays that I never had done. She has only added to my mistrust of the entire Aurora system. Aurora tends to reply to negative reviews on Google with contact information. The front desk didn't seem to know anything about those contacts. So, I haven't found that helpful either.
