Aspen office employee's were great. Because of a past dental trauma, I have a hard almost debilitating time getting pass the front desk let alone into the office but the staff was really patient and caring in handling my situation. They answered all my questions, they gave me space to take it at my own pace. Gentle, kind, patient is how I would describe the staff. Thank you.
I had a most amazing and friendly experience at Aspen Dental. I had to switch dentists due to a change in insurance. My previous dentist could only see me once a year. Aspen dental not only scheduled an appointment for one week later, but they also were able to get me in for a cleaning the very same day of my registration!! So efficient and time effective! All personnel were kind, welcoming, and warm! For someone who is generally quite shy in new places, I felt very comfortable in a short time. I am so grateful that this change has been so seamless. I look forward to visiting again at the end of the year for my cleaning/checkup. 😁
Made my first appointment online as per their instructions. When I showed up, they had no record of the appointment, but hurriedly rushed me in anyway. Probably should have been a red flag. The "doctor" looked at my X-rays (without checking my mouth) and said I had advanced gum disease with bone loss and that I needed "deep cleaning" with antibiotics that my insurance didn't cover. Gave me a quote for $1800 as a single line item for treatment. I had to ask for an itemized list and found they had added almost $300 for an electric toothbrush without asking me, which they grudgingly removed. Stupidly I still did the cleaning because it sounded urgent and I figured you should be able to trust a healthcare provider. Every time I was in the chair during this treatment plan (3 times), I overheard them talking to other patients and saying the same thing about gum disease & deep cleaning, practically word for word. I felt taken advantage of and went to another dentist who looked at the same X-rays. He said I was fine - no bone loss, no gum disease, no need for special cleanings. Take all that as you will. But it felt incredibly shady and exploitative to me, so I'd suggest going to another dentist if you can, preferably not a chain like Aspen.
I had such a great experience. The whole team was so receptive and understanding of my needs! The doctor was on time and very thorough with my examination. My hygienist was so gentle - it was the best cleaning I have had in two years and she even entertained my 7 month old! Highly recommend this aspen if you’re looking for an office that recommends what you actually need and nothing more!
I am a client there, I was seen last week and I just wanted to give a compliment to Claire the office secretary. She did a fantastic job. Friendly, informative, professional. And at one point, the office became so busy and there was no one to help her and she handled all the chaos with ease. She was so pleasant and kind And Patient. She is definitely an asset to your company.
