I like Starbucks but this one is different. I usually have a plain coffee or the lemonade refreshers. The refreshers though usually have a couple pieces of dried fruit or are loaded with ice. The last trip there I mentioned it and was told I have a full scope of fruit and the proper ice. The last ice in this drink was fine but I had 3 pieces of fruit. I know in the grand scheme this is silly but not when you are paying for it. The prior drink was all ice and I actually got only 3 sips and it was gone. I just would like what's promised but I am beginning to feel this Starbucks isn't worth it. What is see is what I hot

thought the vanilla nitro cold brew came with alot of sweet cream cold foam, barista added some extra for me free of charge. lovely baristas

Not sure what’s changed in the last few months here but everyday without doubt they are backed up 24/7 in the morning. Waiting times in the drive through have substantially grew to an annoyingly long time.

I personally won't be back. I have been there countless times over the year and manage to have the same difficulties with the same barista. I will ask for my drink to be placed in a bigger cup with extra ice to dilute the drink because depending on the drink can be too much caffeine for me all at once. I am not asking for more of the drink and if it were to be felt I was, then I believe that opens up the opportunity to up-charge me for any additional drink added, which I would gladly pay just to have the drink be made the way I want without hassle. I am told that it cannot be done and I can be given a cup with ice to do it myself. If I am going to pay $8-9 for a single drink, I shouldn't be doing anything but enjoying the drink. There is no scenario where I think I or anyone should have to when going into an establishment need to mix their own drink, pay a premium price, waste a cup and argue with someone. I have not had any issues with my order requests from any other location, nation wide as I frequent many different locations. This is not what I expect when walking into a premium coffee shop that is supposed to not just set the bar and standard, but to exceed that with an optimal experience. Instead of taking time to write something on my cup, I'd put more focus and emphasis on overall customer experience and accommodation. As customer service and experience is 9/10 more likely to cause reoccurring customers. Unfortunately, I have not had that experience with this particular barista. The other employees are always lovely and have been accommodating to me and my requests. I hope the needed adjustments are made so no one else is subjected to needing to bend or flex their wants. As going to any establishment should be designed to be a place to take the work and hassle out of things, not add difficulties and be told no

I've ordered countless times through Doordash and have gotten an array of items. Every drink I ever get is made incorrectly and tastes disgusting. When I go to the Starbucks in Grafton, they get it perfect every time. Get better workers, or do your job correctly. I don't know why I keep expecting better.
