I had a crown done at Sauk Trail 2 years ago and it fell out. I had to switch dental offices due to the location of my new job about a year and a half ago. My crown fell out because it was too thin and developed a hole. Insurance wouldn't cover a new crown with my new dentist since it hasn't been 5 years. I called Sauk Trail and got an appointment with Dr. Krenzke, and it was my first time meeting him. Even though the dentist that originally made my crown is no longer with Sauk Trail, Dr. Krenzke took the time to listen to me and he's going to make it right. He had a very pleasant demeanor and I would highly recommend him. I also enjoyed meeting his assistant, Mai. She was very sweet and took the time to listen to my concerns. She also was able to get me in as soon as possible for the process of getting my crown re-made. If Sauk Trail is in your area, I'd highly recommend seeing these two! The reception staff is very nice and friendly also!

Our family has had a great experience with Sauk Trail Dentsl. My wife, daughter, and I all go here, and the entire team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They do an amazing job making everyone feel comfortable and cared for during each visit. The office is clean, organized, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. We truly appreciate the great care they provide and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy family dentist!

I recently had a dental emergency, had a few teeth damaged in an auto accident. I went to Sauk Trail Dental. I walked in a mess and eventually walked out with a great smile and a feeling of confidence that will last me a lifetime. I want to thank Dr Krenzke and his entire team for the excellent care I received. I had a choice of going with implants or a removable denture. I choose implants and am very happy with that choice. They were able to get me in very quickly which was a blessing in and of itself, as I am in a business career that requires a lot of in person meetings as well as on camera Zoom type meetings. Everyone on the staff were professionals and made me comfortable from the start. All the work took place right in the office, which was very nice, compared to having to go to another place for one process and another place for the rest. The anesthesiologist was great and made me feel comfortable and secure I was in good hands. All the follow up appointments were scheduled for my convenience, and it was nice working with the front office. In the end, I have a great smile that feels solid as a rock and am extremely satisfied. Thanks again Dr Krenzke and team!

Always have a great experience when im there. The staff is wonderful. The dentists are knowledgeable. I had Dr. Krenzke who talked me through every detail of what they had done before and after. And showed pictures too. I ended up needing a crown on a tooth that needed a lot of care. Dr. Steven Krenske was very professional, quick, and when i got a call the next day to see how o was doing...brought my experience to exceptional!
