This was my first visit to Redstone Kitchen so I wasn't sure what to expect. When you want in, you order and pay for your food right away and let them know if you are dining in or taking out. I chose to dine-in and ordered the 2 piece cod fish fry. It came with homemade creamy coleslaw and fries that were good. The fish fry itself is actually way better than most in the area and you should definitely give it a try. It is cooked with the same batter as their fried chicken and tasted great I actually ate most of it without the tartar sauce and there wasn't any fishy taste. They seem to be working out their customer service procedures and could maybe have a menu board when entering but the food tasted good and came to my table within a few minutes.

Second time going to Redstone Kitchen in Saukville and it did not disappoint. The food is absolutely delicious every time. My personal favorite is the corned beef sandwich with a side of house salad with grilled chicken — packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere, great service, and definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

I went in with high hopes but left with an average overall experience. I know this place spent a lot of time working to open, and they posted updates about having corned beef sandwiches on the menu. I was looking forward to trying one. When I visited, I did order the corned beef sandwich and found it just okay — nothing special. The fries were the same. Service felt slower than expected, even though I was the only dine-in customer besides a couple of takeout orders. The atmosphere was dated. I’m not sure what style they were going for — maybe a 1940s country home? I hope the restaurant succeeds, but there wasn’t anything to bring me back.

Food has been excellent so far. The Ruben was perfect and I really enjoyed the Italian beef. They just opened, so they are still trying to figure out efficiency/staffing. It is a little rough yet on service and wait times but once they get that squared away it'll be the perfect little spot in saukville.
