Looking for a bank that delivers exceptional customer satisfaction? Well, Port State Bank In Saukville will never let you down ! Absolutely the best banking experience one could hope for. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. I made a poor financial decision and lost a considerable amont of $$$. I figured that the $$$ was gone when all of a sudden ( one month later) Kathy and Dominic called and let me know that they managed to track down the $$$ that I figured that was lost to a scam that I fell for and that the $$$ was in the process of being returned to me. ! Could not believe it ! Port State Bank in Saukville really came through. I have experienced financial issues in the past that required assistance and Kathy always helps me solve my issues. Cannot thank everyone at Port State Bank in Saukville enough for providing absolutely the best banking experience that one could ask for ! The Best ! Thank You. Michael Ruege

I needed to cash a PWSB check but didn't have an account with them. I've dealt with other banks that made me jump through hoops by asking for a ton of unnecessary info, but not here. It couldn't have been easier. The staff were friendly, helpful and the whole transaction took about 5 minutes.

A big shout out to Karen at Saukville Branch for helping with a few banking issues I was having. Answered all of my questions, followed up in a timely manner and went above and beyond what I expected. That's what I call customer service. Thanks Karen for your help, you made my day. One of the reasons I've been a customer for many years.
