I picked up coils from this location. The staff specifically loader with long hairs and glasses ( sorry forgot ur name) was super helpful and kind. It was my first time there and he even load me before my appointment.

5 stars all the way. Travis is hands-down one of the best stager/loaders I’ve ever worked with. He’s fast, efficient, and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. Everything is staged right the first time, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really sets him apart is his attitude. He stays professional under pressure, communicates clearly, and goes out of his way to make sure drivers are taken care of and get in and out without issues. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in how organized and on-point everything is. If every facility had a Travis, the industry would run a whole lot smoother. Highly recommend.

Bad experience. They implemented an appointment system that doesn’t work at all. I waited for the load for over 10 hours. The people in the office have no idea what they’re doing and don’t know how to load trucks on time. Total mess. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Trainee Tom loaded perfectly while Amber professionally guided him through the steps. They were very polite and answered all my questions. They loaded my trailer in a timely manner and did an overall great job.
