Stopped in here on a weekday and while not super busy, they sat us right away and we got a few drinks.
The homemade drink options were great, the selections were similar but there’s a little bit of everything.
While we had planned out what we wanted, our server dropped a build your own smash burger. (okay we’ll have to get two of those then because yum??) The customization options were solid and you can go from super simple to extremely random at will.
The burgers were cooked phenomenally and the sauces were homemade and thoughtful. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely return sometime soon to see what other things they offer.
Show moreOkay, I have to post this here, me and my buddy went to Jeff from Cadiville which is the owner of Cadiville and we had the best time in the world. Elliot was our bartender and he was so welcoming from the get-go it was a real pleasure to stop in there. We tried a couple appetizers and whatnot, I know it sounds like a advertisement but you know what? It was that good that I'm going to suggest going there to anyone that follows this page. Please see the photos. We got some nachos which were unlike most that I've seen, in that there was actually food interspersed between the layers of the chips as opposed to many places where they just crumble a crap on the top and call it done! It was delicious! I wish well for the owners of this place they've done a stupendous job with turning this place into a real gem. Again please see the photos. There's a few that are panoramic so you may have to turn your phone to the side to see it correctly.
Show moreIf I were on death row, I would request an order from Cadiville as a last meal. I don’t know how this place is not packed. This owner must attend the birth of a calf and rock it to sleep every night to get the beef this tender. Absolutely phenomenal. Run, don’t walk to this place. Only have one leg? Hop! Worth every dime. Excellent service and super delicious food!!! Go. NOW!
Show moreSmall town country bar feel. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner, who was very friendly. Anytime I go out to eat, I always order either a ribeye steak or prime rib. So I'm no stranger to a good prime rib. This location did NOT disappoint. It had a delightful cracked pepper taste on the crust/bark. The Au jus had a excellent flavor as well.
I chose a cup of soup instead of the salad, and the home made ham and potatoe soup rivaled grandma's!
The vegetables that accompanied the PR were the only downside. They tasted like a frozen mix, and weren't very flavorful. But hey, who the heck goes to Saturday night prime rib for the vegetables....
Overall, the service was great, PR was delicious, portions were generous for the price now days, and I'll gladly be back again!
