I always liked this place, I bought two trucks here, bought my tires from the quick Lane, all my oil changes and tire rotations done here with no complaints. I live an hour away, so it's a bit of a drive, but it used to be worth it because they used to be reasonably priced when it came to oil changes. Now I find oil changes cheaper closer to me though I do not get the free tire rotations. I came out there yesterday and was told they could not help me because they had bigger jobs lined up and asked if I could return in the morning. Apparently they assumed I don't have a job. That pissed me off because you don't require an appointment and I drove all that way only to be told come back tomorrow. Well I won't be coming back tomorrow nor will I be coming back again. I'll pay for the rotations at garage locally save myself the trip and the possibility of getting turned away again. It was good while it lasted but you pissed me off.

Called 12-13-25 to request a tire rotation on my truck that day. The service writer said no problem. Drove up and was told they don’t have a rack to lift my completely stock ‘24 f-250. What? I was the only customer there. Do they not have a floor jack and jack stands ? The whole front row at the dealership was filled with heavy duty trucks for sale that they apparently can’t service. Unimpressed.

Employees on phone vrs working. I called ahead to ensure there was no wait they open at 7 I arrived at 7:20. The employee they gave my keys to came in, unlocked his tool box walked around and then proceed to play on his phone for 5+ min. I told Manager and got my keys and left. This use to be a great place but over the past 1.5+ yrs its gotten horrible. Techs look shabby and no longer professional. Very unfortunate this use to be a great place for small services. Now I wouldn't trust them anymore.

Went in for The Works oil change package for my 09 Ford Escape. Was a pretty busy Monday, all lifts occupied when I pulled in. I had time so handed over my keys and enjoyed a free coffee while I waited. About 35 minutes later I was on my way, good for another 5,000 miles. Cost was $101. I'm happy and it was pretty "quick" service for no appointment.

Great customer service. Make an appointment or just show up, they will take care of your vehicle's service needs. It doesn't even have to be a Ford. The waiting area is comfortable and polished. You can enjoy complimentary water, tea, or Starbucks coffee while you wait. After enjoying your beverage spacious clean bathrooms are available for your use. Bring your vehicle in for service. Relax and enjoy a beverage while waiting.
